Recently, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) released the list of recipients of the 2026 National May Day Labor Medal. Cao Jingjing of Hilong Petroleum Industry Group was honored with this prestigious award.
As Deputy Director of Shanghai Hilong Petroleum Pipe Materials Research Institute, Cao Jingjing has always remained at the forefront of petroleum pipe product inspection. He has led his team in completing more than 30 technical upgrading projects, significantly improving inspection quality and efficiency. Taking on key industry challenges, he has taken the lead in resolving multiple complex technical issues, enabling several Hilong projects to achieve industry-leading standards both in China and internationally.
The projects he has been involved in have achieved significant breakthroughs. Among them, one project received the Second Prize of the Shanghai Technological Invention Award, and another was incorporated into the DS-1 standard of the American Drilling Industry Association. The resulting R&D products are sold worldwide, demonstrating Hilong’s technological strength in the global high-end oil and gas market.
